COMMIT TO STAYING MOTIVATED:
1. Make a promise to yourself that you can keep. Don't tell yourself you will work out for 45 minutes, if it unattainable. Start with a commitment of 10-15 on specific days.
2. CONFESS Use this blog if you have to to "confess" having a bad day, or missing a workout. Get it off your mind so that you can move on and continue doing well.
3. Get back on the wagon! Even if you fall off the wagon, start again as soon as you can. Even if you have a lunch you are feeling guilty for, stop feeling guilty and do your work-out you have
committed to for the day.
4. Surround yourself with a support group!! Use each other to stay on track. If you don't have support at home, get out of your comfort zone and ask to workout with someone, or talk to someone when you are feeling "alone" in your goals.
5. Assess your goals. Give yourself one ultimate goal that is attainable. For example: lose 6 lbs this month. Put that goal somewhere you can see it daily, to help you keep focus on the prize!
