Morning Smoothies
handful of frozen mango's
1 orange peeled and sectioned or cut up
1 banana
1/2 c. pomegranate juice (no added sugar-I do all natural organic)
3 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt (optional)
-Blend together
This is one of the smoothies I start my day with. You don't need to add any other ingredients.
One of our WW girls might be able to break down the points for us.
